Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support for Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions based on the capabilities of the smoke management system.
Offer pre-sales technical support to clients, including conducting product presentations, and demonstrations, and providing product specifications.
Assist in creating and reviewing technical proposals, bid specifications, and system designs. Respond to technical queries from customers, contractors, and consultants related to smoke management systems and other related products. - System Design & Configuration: Provide technical guidance on system design, integration, and application of smoke management systems in various environments.
Collaborate with customers and engineers to configure and customize solutions that meet project-specific requirements.
Perform calculations and simulations to support the technical feasibility of proposed solutions (e.g., airflow analysis, fan sizing, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or courses in smoke management, fire safety, or HVAC systems will be an advantage. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or sales engineering role, preferably in smoke management systems or a related field.
Strong understanding of smoke and heat venting systems, fire safety regulations, and HVAC systems. - Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits (domestic/international, as required).
