Key Responsibilities:
  • Function Management Responsible for supervising day-to-day mechanical maintenance operations.

  • Responsible for the development of proposals to improve facilities and increase plant availability. Responsible for material planning and usage.

  • Contribute to the takeover of new or changed facilities and the training of subordinates.

  • Regularly communicate inter departmentally, in written and / or verbal form, on the status of jobs, projected completion time, and need for assistance.
  • Act as a technical resource to field personnel and plant maintenance and actively engage in field issues. Responsible for Cargo securing for outgoing transports.


Quality, Safety, Health and Environment
  • Responsible for the application and compliance with safety and fire safety measures during maintenance work. Inspect work areas on a continuous basis for possible mechanical problems or unusual conditions.
  • Report deficiencies to the Department Managers. Proper handling of environmentally hazardous
  • substances. Perform work duties in accordance with Company Quality Systems Manual procedures.


People Management
  • Supervise and control subordinate personnel. Joint responsibility for the safety of subordinate employees ensuring compliance with the relevant working conditions and working time regulations.
  • Monitor employee job performance such as attendance, quality, and productivity.
  • Joint responsibility for education and training of the subordinate employees in organizations operating procedures and standards.

Skills Required:
  • Able to understand a broad international standards understanding in order to be able to undertake different maintenance programs jobs.
  • Knowledge in valve operations & heavy lift

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure compliance with all Quality policy, process, and procedures.
  • Support business improvement such that it is active in every part of Subsea 7's business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aramco's standards and subsea scope material procurement.
  • Review MR, RFQ, TBE, and purchase orders for compliance with Aramco's quality standards and contract requirements.
  • Assist procurement team in evaluating and addressing project quality requirements that are identified in invitations to bid.
  • Identifying risk related to Procurement Quality inspection.

  • Preparation of audit plan & focus assessment.
  • Monitoring Procurement Inspection status.
  • Assess Subcontractors and Vendors capability to meet the Quality requirements of the Project.
  • Coordinate with COMPANY regarding procurement quality related activities.
  • TPI management for inspection activities at vendor premisses.
  • Appraises product quality in accordance with the Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Technical Specifications, Drawings and Quality Plans.

  • Ontime submission of deliverables (such as IFSR, IR, IRNs and IDRs) to the client.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per project requirements.
  • Identify non-quality trends and advise Project Quality Manager for resolution.
  • Establish effective corrective, corrective action/preventive action plan to ensure that deficiencies do not re-occur.
  • Ensure lessons identified and recorded for Internal Quality Failures and Supplier performance issues.

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Have a minimum of 7 years overall experience and 5 years as a PQCS.

  • Capable of handling minimum 10 nos Third party vendor inspector
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Understanding of welding, NDT, coating and Electrical and Instrumentation.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Understanding of Subsea products and operations.

The Senior Business Development Manager at Generation International is responsible for leading and driving business development projects across gas and water desalination assets. This role involves developing new projects, managing partnerships, and overseeing the development process from initial prospection to final commitment. Key activities and competencies
• Identify, evaluate, develop, and execute new business development opportunities.
• Provide solutions to issues encountered by the project based on a high level of business understanding.
• Conduct assessment of a project, assess financial viability and risk creating factors, suggest viability of a project, coordinate and manage the entire risk analysis to help in decision making.
• Ensure that projects presented to investment committees are being developed according to the highest standards (general project structure, risk assessment and mitigation, presentation materials for internal approvals).
• Perform look-back evaluations on past projects in accordance with group guidelines.
• Provide leadership on identified divestments, IPO, sell-downs, and asset rotation plans.
• Develop a plan which meets both short and long term financial objectives, identify development priorities and potential asset rotation opportunities to create additional value for ENGIE.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of development and other business functions to launch and advance new project opportunities.
• Liaise with all internal functions, including legal, engineering and construction, commercial, and operations from project inception into operation; in particular coordinate with teams to effectively define, implement and work to priorities between and across project development and project execution activities.
• 'Program manage' multiple initiatives.
• Analyze and select the best technical configuration(s) and contractor(s) appropriate for company strategies and customers' needs.
• EPC contract(s) negotiations, facilitating project financing for expansions (where applicable), project structuring, market analysis, financial model inputs etc.
• Analyze the project risk allocation.
• Prepare, monitor, analyze and approve projects' budgets, expenses as well as provides accommodating follow-up reports.
• Coordinate activities with other internal groups to ensure proper analysis and structuring of projects, construct contractual arrangements for project development, and act as a liaison between internal and external specialists regarding procurement, contracting, permitting, financing etc.
• Negotiate agreements with consultants and subcontractors.
Knowledge and Skills
• Experience with technical, financial, economic, and legal aspects of business transactions.
• Knowledge of Project Financing.
• Knowledge of energy policy and regulatory frameworks in the countries concerned.
• Project management skills.
• Contract negotiation skills.
• A good understanding of how a financial model behaves in different circumstances.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract management.
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Experience
• Minimum 10 years working experience, of which minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in business transactions and project development of energy and/or power projects, preferably in GCC.

  • Responsible for the POR Production on monthly, weekly and daily level

  • Manages the kitting process to feed the assembly lines
  • Ensures technical capabilities are available in the teams through proper training, inter-department flexibility and other formalized certifications
  • Ensures HSE and 5S+1 targets in shop floor across stores, assembly and paint shop areas
  • Ensures adequate execution capacity in line with projected load
  • Support the Oracle recovery performance and System knowledge across the teams
  • Ensures Engineering initiatives support customer and HSE requirements
  • Coordinate casualties' management activities in order to achieve the fastest recovery for customer satisfaction
  • Propose and coordinate a CAPEX plan for Dubai plant
  • Strongly support Budget and POR process each month to reach Sales targets
