You will be part of a highly skilled team of Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Technology specialists.

BDM provide vital support to the company’s sales, consulting and support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling the RIB product portfolio in the region.

  • Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector.

Requirements

  • UAE Driving License

The role:

Demonstrate effectiveness by consistently hitting (and exceeding) monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.

Forecasting:

Use consultative sales skills and effective time management/organizational skills to develop accurate monthly forecasts. Analyse quantitative (e.g. conversion rates, sales cycles, average price points, etc.) and qualitative (e.g. objections, competitive strategies, winning applications, etc.) market feedback to inform adjustments that ensure on, or above, target performance.

Development:

Take ownership of your performance and personal development by linking it to your goals, identifying obstacles and developing strategies to overcome them. Identify emerging opportunities in integrated FM services, sustainability, and technology-driven solutions.
Provide insights on market positioning and value propositions. Contract Negotiation & Closure
Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual obligations. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with the operations, finance, and legal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide feedback from clients to enhance service quality and innovation. Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development within the FM or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of integrated FM services (hard & soft services).
  • Experience in handling large-scale contracts, tenders, and B2B negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by selling existing products and services while developing business opportunities within a defined territory or customer segment. You will identify potential clients, develop sales strategies to penetrate these accounts and expand relationships to maximize revenue growth. This position requires a high level of self-motivation, persistence and creativity in seeking out new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
• Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting efforts
• Identifying qualified prospects and developing them into viable business opportunities
• Making cold calls to generate interest and set up meetings with key decision makers
• Developing and delivering compelling presentations to senior management on why our solutions are a good fit for their needs
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Building long term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support
• Staying current on industry trends and understanding how they impact your customers’ businesses
• Keeping accurate records of all activities related to client acquisition efforts Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in a professional sales environment required
• Proven track record of success in a consultative sales process
• Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
• Excellent organizational abilities including time management, prioritization, multitasking and follow through
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
• Experience using CRM systems
• Solid negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Language: English, Arabic and French
